He can be found making his way around the hotel, across various floors and hallways, fully suited up, with a bag of gifts slung across his back, and he has one for everyone! The results may vary depending on whether or not Santoru deems you as naughty or nice, but it won’t hurt to see what he has to give you, right…?

Just don’t pull on his beard. It’s definitely super real.

Afterwards, in the hotel lobby he can be found with a tray of peculiar cupcakes, offering them to passersby, as well as any gifts he hasn’t given out yet. ]

And when he starts opening the gift, he similarly takes his time, as if expecting at any second the dude might snatch the package away. He's slow and methodical about it, lifting up the tape and following the creases instead of ripping away the paper.
