No. There's no formal apprentice system though it isn't unheard of. Personally, I'm not making any long-term plans to teach any younger witch magic.

[It's a bit of a commitment and also challenging if their methods of Envisioning are incompatible.]

Why not? You don't mean that teaching English is your real passion, is it?

I've had my fill of magic studies.

So in a sense, yes, I am more passionate about teaching English. I'll have to move on from it eventually or make a workaround to continue it. I wouldn't want to confuse future generations about why I haven't aged a day since teaching their parents.

I mean this in the best possible way, but...just how old do you plan to get?

I don't know about planning to get old but if you mean in terms of how old I can feasibly tell people, probably when I turn forty at least?

Forty-five may be pushing it but you'd be surprised how you can convince people that a good skin routine and a proper diet can keep you fairly youthful.

It's not that strange, is it? I already have students from my first year of teaching who have married and started their own families.

It's preeeeetty strange. No offense. Most people cap out at, like, 90.

You just said you were gonna keep teaching for generations! Obviously you don't age like a normal person does.

I just think it's nice to see my students grow up. There were a lot of things I missed in my youth and early adulthood that being a teacher and forging such connections has made up for.
